“Paul Jerrier from Jerrier’s Oil Burner Service had installed a new furnace in my home in the dead of winter in 2019. We had a 2 year old son at the time, and Paul was working as a contractor for a different local heating company. “We moved into a new home two months ago, and once it got warm out, we realized that there was something wrong with our AC! We scheduled an appointment with the technician from Nickerson, and he came by. The technician was on time, extremely polite, very patient with us (we had a lot of questions!) he told us what the problem had been (someone had knocked the float out of the compressor - probably one of us) and how to avoid it in the future. “Northern Comfort installed our first heating system when our house was new 32 years ago. they were always responsive and provided quick service when needed over the years. we used them again when the the first burner finally gave out about 7 years ago. the new heater just gave out last week and Northern Comfort showed up first thing the next morning. within 24 hours of discovering the problem we were good to go. this Sunday am, we woke up to a freezing house and within an hour on a Sunday, they were here and got it going again again. On Sunday Morning!!!! The tech was very experienced and identified something to keep watch on for the future.
