“Paul Jerrier from Jerrier’s Oil Burner Service had installed a new furnace in my home in the dead of winter in 2019. We had a 2 year old son at the time, and Paul was working as a contractor for a different local heating company. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, and my wife was given Paul’s number by the former owner of that local company. Our furnace needed servicing since the burner kept locking out. With the colder weather rolling in (late October/early November), two sons and a baby on way any day, we decided to reach out to Paul directly.He was easy to contact and came in right away to do the cleaning and maintenance, and had replaced a few parts that were not working properly. Most recently, my furnace shut down because the company that I employed to insert a new flue liner in my chimney Inserted a liner that was too small, causing both the chimney and the furnace to become clogged with soot. “Northern Comfort installed our first heating system when our house was new 32 years ago. they were always responsive and provided quick service when needed over the years. we used them again when the the first burner finally gave out about 7 years ago. the new heater just gave out last week and Northern Comfort showed up first thing the next morning. within 24 hours of discovering the problem we were good to go. this Sunday am, we woke up to a freezing house and within an hour on a Sunday, they were here and got it going again again. On Sunday Morning!!!! The tech was very experienced and identified something to keep watch on for the future.
