Competitive Plumbing and Hvac

I called Rob for help with one of my outdoor water spigots. Somehow it burst and sent water shooting out like a fire hydrant. He answered his phone at 6:30am, which I just thought I was going to leave a message, and was pleasant as can be. He asked for pictures of the pipe, etc, and I sent them later when I arrived home from work. Within 15 minutes, Rob called and told me how to repair it myself. It was just in need of a new hose clamp! Silly me! Writing as a tenant who's landlord hired Rob's company, I'd absolutely recommend him! He was great about keeping me in the loop so I knew when he'd be arriving, and he always gave me accurate times. Very polite & respectful guy, felt completely fine having him & his co-worker in my apartment all day while I was at work. When I came home, they turned off their music and let me know about how long they still had to go. Rob cleaned up on their way out, and even brought his own vacuum. Great experience!
