We are grateful to have found Baystate Sewage Disposal! Our family has used another for many years including the old owners of our home. They could not come out for a week and we needed service sooner. My husband called and the gentleman on the phone was awesome and fit us in that day! They came just a few hrs later. And because we ended up needing something else, we called and low and behold they came back later in the day. I know this is long but I honestly have not seen this level of service from anywhere in a long time and it's nice to know they care about customers! They are now going to be our go to!
Since Bay State acquired our last septic company, communication has been fantastic. They call when a location is due for pumping and always available for any questions/concern and also ready to help in a last minute pinch. All the depts/supervisors i dealt with are all wonderful to work with. We appreciate you all
This company goes above and beyond as far as customer service. I am grateful for all the help they have given me in different situations our businesses have encountered. I would highly recommend this company!
