This Hvac company is great! They return calls, order parts and follow-up, and very knowledgeable about all the hvac appliances in my house. If you need service for your heat, A/c or dehumidifier etc. call them today! They are also very reasonably priced.

Great response on first call and were able to get out quickly to check on down ac unit. Communication was great and tech sent, Kevin, was excellent. Overall great experience, highly recommended.

A few months ago my furnace died on me. I saw all of the reviews for Armus Mechanical and gave them a call. Kevin was at my house the next day. He really took his time explaining the furnace failure, my options, and the Mass Save Rebate.The next month or so was quite disheartening as I was being denied the loan (eventually got accepted!) and during this time Eddie was probably more on top of things than I was. I wanted to give up.Once the loan was secured, Eddie and the team were immediately at my house to remove the furnace and give me hot (and cold!) air.Eddie and the team were so kind and patient.
