This is the worse company ever!! On several occasions I ordered 150 gals of oil because that's all I could afford and they fill my entire tank and make me pay for it even though it's their mistake!! Awful company with very bad ethics!!! Don't order oil from them they'll just deliver more than you ordered and make you pay for it!!! Terrible company!!

Amanda was extremely unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. I asked for info to contact someone and she would not provide an to ask a question on why a certain situation happened, and she declined, only offering to have someone call me. I would have liked to email the owner to inform him of the situation at my home. But that was not an option from Amanda. Her response was we can take the tank off your property? That wasn't even close to what the call was about. Dont waste you're time and money.

I have been a loyal customer from another propane dealer. During a severe winter storm we were out of propane for cooking and heat. a full week went by and they said we would have to wait while I was in line for them to come. Then before they came we had another storm. Finally I was told that if I paid 100.00 dollars they would be there within an hour. I was really pissed but I had to pay the money. It never left my head nor the bad feelings I had for this company. I decided to get a generator installed and Hanson(Supreme) Fuel was suggested to me. They came down suggested where to put the generator and other cosmetic thing. They were great Steve gave me a total run down and Paul who serviced the entire construction was nothing less than great. He was more than helpful, polite, and courteous. He is a tremendous asset to this company. I have seen some bad reviews with this company and I really think they are bogus reviews from competitive companies. I am also in the service industry and have bogus reviews from people we have never seen. This is a really good company.
