My personal computer would not boot. I tried taking it someplace else but that did not work out. I I found Compucare via a Google search and contacted him to see if he would take a look at my machine. Best decision I ever made regarding this computer. Allan took my computer and tried his best to get it working again. The hard drive ended up needing to be replaced. Allan contacted me and we worked out the arrangement. After all is said and done, he saved all my data, installed a new solid state drive, and the computer runs 1000 times better than it had been. After inviting trouble into my computer, I got in touch with my former HS classmate to see if he could recommend someone in my area that I could take my laptop to to get it cleaned up! Instead, Allan was able to help me himself remotely from his location....spending nearly two hours with me!!! I was completely in awe of his expertise....made this computer illiterate person feel so much better! Don't hesitate to give Allan a call if you have any kind of computer issue!!!
