This organization must be lousy to work for because they can’t retain staff. I’m on my fourth clinician in less than a year. The care provided is reasonable but changing providers constantly destroys any hope of developing a therapeutic relationship.

I have a disabled adult son, we both moved out of Boston, Ethos refuses to transfer our case to the town in which we reside for almost 1 year now, they submitted a report this year from the Boston office and my family moved last year, go figure?! Reports submitted to Mass Health regarding my family stated and I quote “ miss West is looking for a babysitter?!! . I told her we don’t pay for that. Miss West is looking for someone to do paperwork?!! I had vision problems I went to the eye doctor and I have cataracts and so forth and so on it just was two giant paragraphs in all capital letters and making me out to someone that I’m not and this was by the lady that spent... read full review
