Teheen Construction is efficient and thorough. Mike and his crew repaired & replaced portions of our rotting foundation and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mike went above and beyond to make sure our new foundation is very solid, putting in some really long days. His finishing work on the exterior is flawless. This was done on time and within budget. Very professional. Mike and his crew were always early and very very clean and organized. As to be expected with any project there was a few surprises while taking a house apart. During these instances Mike went out of his way to explain what could be done while giving me many scenarios and options along with his personal critique and opinion. Michael Teheen and his team demolished an old, outdated bathroom and completed a new one for us. They did the job professionally, accurately and efficiently. All aspects were well coordinated, communication between us was excellent, and everyone involved put in a hard day's work, never leaving a mess behind. The job was finished in a timely manner and we are more than happy with the result.
