We had our boiler shut down on the Saturday after Christmas and one of the coldest days of the year. Pete came out and worked on the issue until it was fixed, even going to grab a thermocouple from the shop and installing that. The whole time he was personably and friendly - despite the later hour and weekend. A great experience working with Pete and he did a great job. Would highly recommend - 5 stars.

I consulted with many of the typical HVAC companies in the area to replace a 25yr old AC unit. Everyone kept telling me what needed to be replaced or how theyd do it, but never said why. Andy at Morris was the most informative and helpful by explaining everything they were doing and why. In addition they provided the best customer service and most competitive pricing. Manny and his staff were fantastic spending 2 full days installing the new unit.
After a mix-up with the front office about being notified of when the service technician would arrive (incorrect email) - the Service Tech, Rossi Buongiorno, was absolutely amazing.
He was very knowledgable about the boiler system, patiently answered my myriad of questions, worked quickly and professionally, and tracked down the email error in the system. This person should be considered for a pay-raise / promotion, he really was an excellent advert for this company.
On the negative side, how the front office treated me when I requested information as to why I wasn't notified of Rossi's arrival was very poor and dismissive. Maybe they should take the same...read full review
