“We hired Perry-Murphy construction for an extensive job on our house in Newbury, MA. Our 15 x 10ft picture window looking over Plum Island was leaking. We hired Perry-Murphy to replace the rotted wood and windows add beautiful sliding doors to a beautiful new deck! The team (Art, Sean, and Andre, specifically) were wonderful in working with us as we picked out all the elements from windows, to doors, decking, and railing. It was our first big project as new homeowners and we were so grateful for their patience and feedback in working with us on our design. It was a pleasure having the guys here working. They were wonderful, respectful, and responsive. Their work is BEAUTIFUL! We wanted to keep a lot of the original woodwork in the rooms, close off an old staircase creating a closet on the second floor landing, and to turn the old fireplaces into electric units. All this work was done beautifully and with an eye for detail from the entire team. “I contacted NMTI to have my roof replaced to prepare for solar panel installation. Ramon came out initially to discuss any issues I had and to evaluate the roof structure. He addressed the issues I saw and recommended metal valleys. He also recommended altering the front of the roof since I don’t have fascia boards or soffits to prevent water from seeping behind the siding. Which was one of my concerns. “JP converted a half-bath of mine, into a full bath (shower) and made the use of the space so much better, that the bathroom actually feels bigger. Everything had to be moved and a window have to be removed. You would never know that window was ever there: the cedar shingles on the outside match perfectly! He kept to the time schedule he gave me, right from day one. His recommendations for flooring and fixtures was spot-on. He was always pleasant. And the work was the highest quality. The bathroom is one that I'm very proud of. I was so happy with the work done by JP, that I had him do additional work: removing a through-the-wall air conditioner, replacing missing trim in a bedroom (matching the old trim which is not made any more), and dry-wall plastering in my dining room. “Just moved to Salisbury and our unit had what seemed to be a really weird electrical problem that the previous owners never disclosed or could get fixed by multiple electricians (according to our neighbor). Daniel came for the service call and after some serious triaging seemed to find the issue. We still need to have the problem fixed because we need to coordinate with the rest of the condo units (so this review could change to 5stars) but Daniel has made more progress than the previous electricians.“

I got a reply within minutes to schedule the work for the next day! Arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and made sure everything worked before leaving. Kevin was fantastic.
