I cannot say enough good things about Nick at Baystate PT in Ipswich. There were many days I didn’t want to push through the pain, but Nick always found a way to keep me committed to the process. His constant reminders that health and healing were just around the corner truly kept me going.
His kindness, patience, and sense of humor made a tough journey so much more manageable—and even uplifting at times. Thanks to his support and guidance, I’ve made incredible progress and am in a much better place now. I’m so grateful for everything he’s done!

Bay State Physical Therapy in Ipswich is excellent, from the front office staff to the therapists. My physical therapist, Tom Melanson was fantastic! He helped me through a difficult shoulder issue. Tom is so knowledgeable, and patient and his approach was perfect. He really listened and kept me educated on everything about my treatment. Tom’s expertise and encouragement made a difficult recovery much easier. He clearly cares about his patients.
