Baystate staff is the best! They address my specific needs, prepare a custom plan to fit my needs and we discuss my progress, the timing to address any possible changes to the plan. The support staff ate efficient in making office visits that meet my calendar needs. Great group of people to work with.
Knowledgable staff helped me through a nasty case of posterior tibial tendonitis. I worked with Tom M. He kept the workouts interesting by introducing lots of new exercises and keeping pleasant conversation going.
Just finished my first round of PT with Nick O. at Bay State PT in Ipswich. My doc suggested PT to address some issues and extremely happy I started here with Nick. Very professional and knowledgeable, Nick took my docs notes and we progressed from there. I learned quite a bit about what was going on regarding my issues and we focused on both strength and stretching. I made great progress and achieved some top goals. Highly recommended! Thanks Nick!
