Evan was extremely detailed condcuitng a pre inspection for my home. He was clear in explaining all his observations and provided smart solutions for things I could address myself as well as advice steps to take for things that needed a professional. His insights and assessments made me know that I was prepared to present the best house to potential buyers. Also he made it fun refelcting on his many years of experiecne sharing funny stories about what can be pretty dull subject matter,. I would recommend him to anyone looking for this service.
We have used Evan of Able Home Inspection twice now. We notified Evan of our need of inspection within a short period and he was able to be there. (less than 2 days notice) He arrived on time and started his inspecting. Evan not only inspects the house but lends his expertise and knowledge and makes sure you understand the information he is giving you. He is an easy going guy and is funny all while doing a thorough job inspecting your prospective home. I highly recommend Evan of Able Home Inspection. Would of given him 6 stars if able!!!
Evan was wonderful to work with - he was responsive, personable, detailed, and informative. He made the inspection process easy. The inspection report was detailed, yet still concise and easy to understand. He showed us concerns in a home that we were unaware of and are greatly appreciative for how thorough he was!
