Sensei Francois and Sensei Thomas were great instructors, informative and skilled. After attending a self-defense class for the first time, I left confident with a newfound appreciation for jiu jitsu and martial arts.

I signed up for a 2 hour woman’s self defense class. I loved it!!!! Sensei Francois and Sensei Thomas were excellent. They were patient with teaching us the technique. I definitely am spreading the word.
