I called the team and asked questions about a hood latch repair. I explained I had already had it looked at and they told me what was wrong and the part I needed. I asked how much labor would cost and Al told me to bring it by and he would take a look at it for free to make sure the dealer didn’t misinform me. I did just that & they got me in quickly. He took a look and let me know that he could fix the issue for a super reasonable price (about $300 lower than the dealer) I was able to wait in the waiting room when they let me know the part I bought was the wrong one. If you buy a car from Carvana you can get repairs done here if you choose their coverage plan. I have been beating up my 2018 Altima and they have repaired every problem! They are really good at what they do. Trust these guys with your car!!!!
