She was warm and friendly from the get go, and really engaging throughout the appointment. I loved getting to know her and having chitchat. My hair treatment was a bright balayage and it looks great. Perfect all around. We talked through gloss options and ultimately agreed that what she knew was best as the professional and she was right! I even had my 3 month old baby attend the appointment and Clare was great with her. Allowing me to breastfeed on demand and keep her close when she needed fun/comfort. Of course also giving all the compliments of what a gorgeous girl she is and how peaceful she was. 10/10 will see her again. Loved my appointment.“

For more than a year CRIS has kept my hair exactly the way I like it. She has taken care of every detail in terms of shape, color and texture. “We found Jenny Luu through a feature in Boston Magazine where she was listed as Boston's Best Wedding Makeup Artist! And boy, they were spot on! Jenny and her team are simply amazing! She is extremely professional, organized, and a master at her craft. There were 9 of us getting our hair and makeup done on my wedding day, and we were a little nervous not knowing much about her other artists on her team. We were pleasantly blown away with their talents as well. It was such a calm and enjoyable morning with these sweet talented women. I could not have been happier with both my hair and makeup. It was honestly exactly what I dreamed of and more! It was a soft glam look that made me feel extremely beautiful without looking overdone. I was glowing!! My hair was complete perfection with my soft romantic curls, exactly how I described. Every bride should feel this thrilled with her HMU on her big day. My bridesmaids and MOB/MOG were equally ecstatic. Jenny and her team traveled to CT and everything worked so efficiently, and Jenny was extremely detailed and responsive throughout the entire process. And, best part, our hair and makeup looked perfect throughout the entire day (15 hours and beyond). It was incredible!
