When you call Feeney back out to the job because the repair didn't hold up he will raise his voice and repeat over and over to convince you it had to be done a different way. First off, I would like to state that I had ZERO problems with Ed's workers, they were all hard working, nice and pleasant people. My problem lies within how Ed Feeny himself treated myself, a customer. I gave ed the deposit for half the fence after being quoted the estimate in January 2017. I spoke to Ed and he stated he would start the job no later than May 1st. Roughly a week before that I called Ed to check on the status to make sure we were still all set to start on the 1st. Ed told me "well you see, your fence is a 'custom' fence so the factory is actually behind in producing it." So naively I bought into that, come to find out later down the line by one of his employees that the fence could be ordered and produced virtually overnight if needed. This went on back and forth until July of 2017. Each phone call to Ed he grew angry and impatient with myself, a paying customer. He would yell at me on the phone and hangup as well. During one phone call he offered for me to contact the company that he orders his fence's from so I could see when the purchase order went through for my fence. He did so in a snarky wise ass way. So I, said "sure Ed give me the number Ill contact them" in turn he began screaming at me about how I did'nt trust him and how I was being a shitty customer. In reality I did'nt trust him at all. He is an awful human being to work with and made my fiancé extremely uncomfortable whenever he as around. I would not suggest this company to anyone ever. Which is a shame because the workers (the workers only) were phenomenal. But as for Ed, he can royally go F**k himself.
