They came to repair our wall oven which is a Kenmore under my Sears service contract. The technician was in and out of there within an hour, completely repaired the unit so that it worked properly, and followed up with a phone call to explain exactly what was done. No additional costs apart from the usual $75 deductible + my monthly charge of 49.95. Great job!
