Gilbert was very friendly and very professional. I explained the drain that was clogged and what I had previously done to attempt to unclog it. He throughly explained what he would do and immediately went to work. With his heavy duty snake he cleared it and then checked it to make sure it was completely clear. Very lucky to have him for the service call. Just a great person! I would and will recommend the company and Gilbert to all my friends.
Carl was awesome! He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Gave us information on how to better maintain our septic system. We were so happy with the service and would definitely use Roto-Rooter again!
Carl did a thorough check of the piping configuration and found some issues, also provided drain cleaning product and directions for use. Would definitely call them for any future issues.
