(Plumber) Don, and his Apprentice Romaine did a great job, and also cleaned up when they finished. Tried using the new Toilet they installed, but it seems that the toilet is not solid to the floor, front left sid is not flush. I have called Roto-Rooter back to advise them, and asked that they come back to correct the situation. ( both Don and Romaine)
The technician who came out was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He walked me through each of the steps he was taking to diagnose the issues with my septic/sanitary system. He was able to get us back up and running in no time. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.
Called Roto-Rooter at 6:30 on a Wednesday night; technician here by 8:00. Thoroughly analyzed the problem and then went straight to work on a resolution. Work done in a very professional manner, problem timely resolved and area left completely clean as if he had never been there. Price was quite reasonable. Hope to never have plumbing backup again, but if we do, Roto-Rooter gets the call.
