We had s plum issue todayso i called Roto -Rooter. It was a serious clog. Jaiden showed up shortly after I called. He was very polite and professional. He explained to me what he was doing every step of the way and told me upfront how much it would cost. I had a stroke 3 days ago so he was very patient with me as I was having trouble with my speech. The issue was dealt with and I am satisfied with the results.Everything is once again running smoothly.Thank you Jaiden.If I ever have an issue like this again I will ask for you specifically.
We had a really great experience. Carl came out and dug for hours in the freezing cold just to discover that we couldn’t get our septic lid off. So he snaked from the basement, out to the septic. He was extremely nice, and persistent on trying to get us clear and operational. Unfortunately we needed a main line replacement from our house to the septic, and Rick came with his camera snake to confirm that. Everyone was really great. They got us on schedule for the following Monday (Carl came on Friday) and we couldn’t be happier honestly.
