I just had a new high efficiency gas boiler installed by Robies and that included the re-engineering of the old radiator piping on the first floor- a complex task due to the inability to pipe under the first floor. I chose Robies because the marketing man- Dana Bergstrom gave me the clear impression that he really cared and was most attentive and responsive. Then the complex installation and the removal of the old oil furnace was executed by Walley Silvia and his crew including some very good electricians (the crew included Shawn, Moe, Matt, Adam and others). Robies exceeded expectations from start to finish. Dana was fantastic in helping design the right system for our home, with thoughtful site visits and clear guidance. The installation team did an excellent job—clean, efficient, and clearly experienced. Special thanks to Veronica in the front office, who handled the rebate paperwork seamlessly and kept everything on track. Everyone we dealt with was responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Wonderful and knowledgeable technicians who came to our house both times! Friendly and professional too! AC is finally fixed after waiting for the part to come in (which we know wasn’t your fault that it took so long) Very happy to have a working AC again! Thank you so very much!
