I had a relatively "small job" for a restoration. As Joe the Project Manager stated, it's not really a difficult job but because of the location in your home it's complicated because we have to coordinate with an electrician (to pull the meter off the house!) and a plumber for a gas line. Then reinstall after the structural work was done. It wasn't really an emergency- for them, which I understood. I did have to wait a bit longer than I had hoped because of that. But their price, which in my case was largely out of pocket, was quite reasonable. Their work was impeccable. Both Joe, his carpenter Mark, and their subcontractor Tom Sullivan Electric out of Cotuit were fantastic to work with! I highly recommend them all.
Oceanside is by far the best restoration company around. One of my friends had a car drive through the front of their building during business hours and Oceanside had 3 trucks & 4 employees on site within 15 minutes of my call. They had materials on hand to start the repairs immediately. Referring Oceanside Restoration makes you look good! Highly recommend. Thank you Steve and your hard working staff.
Oceanside responded to my evening phone call regarding a leak at my home on the Cape within an hour. Joe Kennedy came out the next morning, took pictures and helped me understand and navigate the insurance process and next steps--his expertise was invaluable during this difficult and challenging home issue. Joe sent Brad and Jose to come tear out the portion of the ceiling that was showing mold and water damage and Joe also came to take pictures of the demolition for insurance. Brad and Jose were professional, expeditious, and extra careful in removing the crown molding so that it can be used again (I have an old house and it might be hard to match.)
