My wife and I badly needed a bathroom renovation and after reading IHS reviews decided to give Richard a call. We’re very happy we did . The work was done with care and concentration to detail . Hanna and Richard were always available when we had questions. A day doesn’t go by when I tell my wife how much I love our newly renovated bathroom. When we have another project that needs to be done we intend on contacting IHS again.
Working with Hanna and Richard on our home’s major renovation project proved to be one of the best decisions that we have ever made.Prior to beginning the project, Hanna and Richard met with us to discuss our vision for the home. They really listened to us and created an incredible kitchen design. Their design solved a doorway space issue and created a window over the sink, a feature we really wanted but thought wouldn’t work. Do you have a contractor who doesn’t call you back? Makes an appointment and doesn’t show up? Shows up hours late and stays for a short time? If you do, or even if you don’t, you need to consider using my contractor, Richard, owner of IHS Construction. The work is simply amazing. Richard has a large group of workers that he utilizes for different jobs. I have had an exterior wall removed and replaced with a sliding glass door and window, new flooring, large picture hangings, reinstallation of a gas heating stove, plumbing, siding, indoor and outdoor painting.
