Joey and Thomas LOVE Taylor and the girls. And it’s an extra bonus they get to hang with their friends. Joey was found asleep giving himself a nap in a crate-went in by himself. And our vizsla loves hanging out and “supervising.” We used to bring out other two dogs before they passed and they were equally excited! They always look great and whatever they use it lasts! Highly recommend!! ❤️

I’ve been a client for about one year and have been pleased with the grooming services my senior Shih-Tzu/Bichon mix receives. Staff are observant, responsive, and they communicate well. Senior dogs can have their quirks. The Furballs staff understands my dog’s needs, which makes me feel like I have a team committed to my dog’s well being.

We are visiting the Cape for the month of September with our 22lb Cockapoo, and were looking to have him bathed. We called Groomingdales first and were very rudely told "are you kidding me mam, I am booking in October, and have regular customers"?He then hung up on me! I then called Fur Balls, they were closed for the Labor Day Weekend, but said to leave a message. I did, and my call was returned that same day (even though the store was closed) and and was given an appointment for the following Tuesday by Taylor.
