He throughly explained what he would do and immediately went to work. With his heavy duty snake he cleared it and then checked it to make sure it was completely clear. Very lucky to have him for the service call. Just a great person! I would and will recommend the company and Gilbert to all my friends.“

“I had a relatively "small job" for a restoration. As Joe the Project Manager stated, it's not really a difficult job but because of the location in your home it's complicated because we have to coordinate with an electrician (to pull the meter off the house!) and a plumber for a gas line. Then reinstall after the structural work was done. It wasn't really an emergency- for them, which I understood. I did have to wait a bit longer than I had hoped because of that. But their price, which in my case was largely out of pocket, was quite reasonable. Their work was impeccable. Both Joe, his carpenter Mark, and their subcontractor Tom Sullivan Electric out of Cotuit were fantastic to work with! I highly recommend them all.“
