Honest and helpful. I had a puzzling problem with an older model Chevrolet and the service department was honest enough to speculate that parts would be difficult if not impossible to get and that I would be better off going to a local body shop to have this particular problem addressed potentially, and they gave me the name of one that they trusted where I actually did go and was treated beautifully. I appreciate the reliability of this dealership, service department and will bring my business there when it’s appropriate.

The Prime service team at Hyannis is friendly, down to earth and professional! Sarah, Justin and Morgan are bold, honest and expedient with their communication and performance. They delivered as planned and offered a clear understanding of what work was completed, even during a very busy time; end of summer/ Labor Day Weekend.
