I have had multiple issues with my new stove. The manufacture of the stove in question contacted Cape Appliance on my behalf as they were a repair dealer for this stove. His company came out with in days of the notification. Chris was very informative about the situation, and his office staff were great with providing me with information and details I needed to proceed with contacting the manufacture in regards to the repairs. Great customer service.
