“My husband and I recently had Macauley Brothers do some landscaping and tree planting, and we couldn't be happier. We contacted Macauley Brothers to get a free estimate and Bernie Macauley came by. He listened to what we had in mind, made some suggestions, and after some discussion was happy to give us the estimate on the spot. Bernie's team came out and started working right away. They were friendly and efficient, knew what we wanted done but made sure they checked with us before starting work. They planted the healthy, beautiful trees right where we had specified and did the additional landscaping we had requested. When they were done they cleaned up the entire area and, before they left, made sure we were completely happy with the job they'd done. And we were.

“Let's call a spade a spade. I had my backyard which was a mess cleaned by Robinson. The deal was going forward a haircut every other week. Two days ago I called Brian to say that on the day his guy was to come for the lawn that I was having visitors from TX including a 9-day-old baby. Asked him not to send the guy at 8 in the morning for the lawn because of these tired travelers. Guy came, and said Brian said to come. Wonder what he didn't understand about my ask. Called him today and basically he gave me the old brushoff mumbling about you better find someone else. That's right Brian.
