Took my HP Omen in and he found the issue to be my video cable. Gave me one and when I asked what I owed he said see if the new cable works and settle up later. Services above and beyond!!

This guy is really great. I've taken him a few different things and he could have charged me whatever he wanted, but he did the simplest and least expensive thing. I recommend this business 100%.

New PC laptop with difficulty connecting external monitor and keyboard/mouse. Called Todd at Good Geeks and he's a great geek! Super helpful and was able to fix my issue on the spot. Thanks Todd! Look forward to coming back and visiting the gift shop as well inside of Good Geeks.
