We started two years ago when we decided we needed to add strength training, stretching and flexibility to our exercise routine. As you get older running, tennis and golf are not enough. Pete is a fantastic trainer. He helped me build strength and confidence. I've had a solid routine for almost a year now. He genuinely listens to clients and meets them where they are at. He wants you to leave each session feeling good - mentally and physically! I would highly recommend Pete.

I highly recommend Train with Pete to anyone who is looking for an experienced, expert and caring personal trainer. Pete listens to each client’s goals and designs a workout routine that enables them to achieve results while also taking individual limitations into account. Pete has been my trainer for three years. During that time I was able to gain bone mass and reverse osteoporosis..I still have osteopenia but don’t require any medication. I am hoping to keep improving and gaining strength. Thanks, Pete!
