Great massage but incredibly overpriced at $140 an hour just to persuade you to sign up for the monthly program. Upcharge for deep tissue at that price is Ludacris. Agree with others that the actual massage time was maybe 40 minutes and no other places don't cut it that shorty
Henley at Hand and Stone is the sole reason I became a member. Not only is her service a 10/10 but she has a great personality if you like to talk. While at the same time not being awkward if you want a quiet session. Every time I go I leave feeling like a brand new person AND she provides amazing after care advice that makes the effects of the massage last longer and feel better. Highly highly recommend!
I have had plenty of good experiences with different massage therapists at this location. However, my last massage experience left a lot to be desired. I had ordered a gliding cupping upgrade, which my therapist forgot about. More than halfway through she remembered and told me that since she did a deep tissue massage (which I didn’t request), we didn’t need to do the cupping. I asked her if we still had time to do it and she said yes. She proceeds to do the “gliding” massage, but she got frustrated and the massage barely lasted 5 minutes. There was not gliding actually done and the cups didn’t have enough air pressure to actually do anything to the muscles.
