We had an excellent experience with Accurate Home Inspections as first time home-buyers. Nelson completed our inspection, and he was easy to get in touch with and responsive while coordinating the inspection. He encouraged us to join him during the inspection, and provided helpful information on the systems of the house, as well as what he was looking for and doing while assessing different parts of the house. That information also appeared in the thorough written report that was provided after the inspection (along with pictures). The report has been so helpful to reference as the time goes by since our actual in person inspection.

For those with time to read: Nelson’s inspections were absolutely essential and we owe him big-time for being so thorough and honest. Nelson inspected 2 houses for us. We knew the first one needed work, but without the inspection, we would have bought a house that needed tens of thousands of dollars and months of work. He not only pointed out each of the defects in the home (one of which exploded all over him during the inspection - be sure to ask ?) but how he knew the defects were there and his recommendations for repair.
