“JPC came out to fix a problem with our septic pump. American Sewerage called them for me around 5pm and Ben was here at 7:30am with the problem fixed by 9am. Explained the issue clearly and was super easy to deal with. Will 100% use them if we have any future issues and highly recommend both companies!“

“This is the cleanest plumber who has ever come out to my home. He wore overshoes on top of his boots and put down a tarp even though he was only changing faucets and not doing anything very messy. I was missing some parts and he went and got them quickly instead of lollygagging at the supply house eating popcorn. He pinpointed a problem with a supply line in the basement that previous plumbers had not been able to figure out and put on higher quality washer hoses at my request. Everything works great, he came on time, and the price was fair. I hope to use his services for years to come.“

“Our sewer line was completely clogged, flooding our basement. We were unable to use water for days. We were told by a plumber that our line was full of roots and needed to be torn out and replaced at a cost of almost 10 grand. We have a special needs son and we were desperate for help. We were about to pay it when I passed by a Wind River van on the highway. We contacted them and they were here in less than a day. Our service rep Jim Flammia awesome! Very professional, reassuring and honest. He explained to my husband and I every step of the way what he was doing and how long it would take. He had specialized equipment with him and was able to locate a long buried trap in our yard, completely blocked. He cleared it out and restored our service. I lived in that house for 10 years and didn’t even know it was there! Jim went above and beyond diagnosing and fixing my very old and complicated system and saved us thousands!
