“Mike came out and fixed a wiring problem with some outlets in my parents home in Gardner in January. During this visit he discovered some major electrical hazards in the house with the electrical panels that were installed when the home was built in the 1960s. The Federal Pacific Panels that were installed had been recalled many years ago.
Mike worked with my crazy schedule to replace the recalled panels with two new ones in my parents hours. Mike also worked on getting a 50 amp generator bypass circuit and power cord put in place. Mike and his team completed the work on a Saturday during a break in the weather. Mike provided a quote for the work and stuck with the quoted price.
Mike was respectful of the property and very concerned about the welfare of my elderly parents through out the process to get the job done.
