“I was once a swimmer and runner, occasionally hit the gym (without really knowing what I was doing), ate well enough (so I thought), and stayed fairly thin throughout most of my 40s. “I like going to this gym because of the squash area where they have a sit down to watch TV & all. Whenever I go upstairs to the third floor there's always some kids running back & forth that disrupt workouts of other members. The trainers there are friendly every time u go to the second floor.“
