Over the years I have had various pain, mobility, and strength issues related to overuse and poor technique (and sports that lend themselves to overuse issues - volleyball, tennis, racquetball). I have used acupuncture, chiropractors, and other treatments that may or may not provide some temporary relief, but don't resolve the underlying causes. Kim was excellent in diagnosing the issues right away, and setting up an easy to follow home exercise program that worked. Kim is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and effective.

Kim is amazing! In recent years I have had problems related to my hips, my lower back, and my neck. Arthritis, aging generally, and some bad habits all have added up to be pretty debilitating at times. Kim has helped me tremendously with the pain and limited functionality that ensued. Her office treatments (massage and manipulations) have been very good, but even more wonderful have been the exercises and stretches that she gives me to do on my own. I follow the routines daily and am able to be pain-free and go about my active life with ease - because of Kim's help. I'd put six stars if I could.

Cannot recommend highly enough. I had a bone bruise on my knee and was concerned because it wasn't getting better. Kim listened to my symptoms, asked several specific questions and explained what was happening in my body. She then gave me exercises and a plan to strengthen. Honestly the best PT experience I've had.
