“I went to Chris specifically for plantar fasciitis as well as knee pain, hip pain and shoulder pain. Prior to the massage/bodywork he asked a lot of questions about my lifestyle in order to focus the massage on the areas I needed the most help. This is Bodywork, not a relaxation massage & I knew that going in and it is exactly what I wanted/needed. I walked out of Chris' studio with a much improved plantar fascia and felt great the next day. “I can't say enough good things about Allied Chiropractic. I've seen Dr. Cohen for almost 20 years. He is the most thorough doctor I have ever seen. I've referred all of my family, my children, my friends as well as people I work with. Here's what he's done for me. I had a shoulder problem that did not let me play tennis for 3 years. I went to my PCP, an orthopedist and did 3 rounds of PT with little result. 2 weeks with Dr. C and I was back on the court and got my USTA rating increased in 2 months. My teenage son had a serious knee injury (patellar tendon rupture and broke his tibia) and, over the course of about 3 months, Laura was cautious yet worked him through a wide range of exercises primarily in the pool when he was not able to do much on land, and then in the weight room. She made it fun, and most importantly, he progressed safely and quickly in his recovery. During the pool PT portion of my son's recovery, Laura collaborated beautifully, and multiple times, with another physical therapist who saw my son as well as the surgeon and the surgeon's office team. Laura is a lovely person who took interest in my son as an individual and also took interest in and cared about our family (as these types of injuries affect the whole family!).
