The cream colored kitchen cabinets were refinished in the same color and have a better richer look than when they were new. They were sprayed in our condo without making a mess. Everything was covered, protected and sealed off prior to spraying. Amazing work! The backsplash installation in our kitchen looks awesome. Counters and floor were protected while the work was done. “Bruce Stivaletta of Stivaletta Corp. solved two tricky construction problems I had. First a home basement was flooding during a major storm and nobody else was interested in helping. Bruce immediately came over and installed a sump pump under extremely difficult conditions. The second problem. Bruce replaced a drainage pipe under a driveway after the first company punctured the two-house gas line. After the line was repaired Bruce was able to carefully replace the drainage pipe without incident. I wholeheartedly recommend he bid your project large or small. His prices are fair, and his work is superb. I plan to ask him to bid the next house.“

“Britton Homes did a large renovation in our house, and we *definitely* recommend them.

The renovation was complex - changing the floorplans for multiple rooms, all new plumbing and electrical in multiple rooms - and my family and I lived in a different part of the house while it happened.

Britton Homes was excellent for several reasons:
- They communicated very, very well. The Project Manager regularly sent us emails and text messages with updates and questions for us. This was *extremely* helpful - my wife and I both needed to be aware of any changes like this, and he emailed both of us. This way, my wife and I were both in the loop whenever there were any updates or questions. They were also available via text for urgent issues or questions, which was very convenient for us.
- They worked with us from start to finish. From the design phase, where a designer created 3 separate proposals for us, to the execution, where the Britton PM was on-site regularly with the carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, etc, to the final inspections and walk throughs. They understood our concerns about having our kids downstairs during the work and our parking situation, and they worked with us to make sure there weren't any issues.
- The quality of the outcome - it's only been a few months, but so far we love it. Our upstairs looks like it's a scene from a better homes and gardens magazine. The bathrooms are amazing, the walls look great, the lighting / ventilation is excellent and the new layout is convenient and modern.

If you've never done a renovation before, or you have and haven't had good experiences, you should strongly consider Britton Homes. They were very good communicators, and were always very in-touch, hands-on and fully engaged in our project, and it led to a great outcome.
