“We recently completed a full bathroom remodel with Ideal Kitchens and Bath. We also used them approx 10 years ago on a complete kitchen redo. As with that remodel and now the bathroom, time has not changed the way Ideal Kitchens and Bath performs their job. It all begins with the owner, Steve and continues from there with the Project Coordinator, Carol. The carpenters, Scott and Jesse, were equally outstanding and very respectful of our home. These two highly skilled carpenters were efficient, tidy, accomodating, and most of all very trustworthy. They also made process improvement suggestions along the way which were well thought out, thus helpful to us. We are so pleased that they were assigned to our project.As with any renovation project that you outsource, the determining factor is not always based on cost. It's the intangibles that can make a big difference. At all times, we had great communication from Steve and Carol and equally important, they were 100% committed to their timelines that were presented to us and the carpenters followed through on those commitments.We cannot overstate the quality of work from Ideal Kitchens and Bath from the 1st day when we walked in their doors to the last day when they completed the job. I KNOW OF THE COMPANYS REPUTATION AND WAS WILLING TO GIVE THEM A TRY, IF ANYONE EVER HAS A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A WORLD OF GOOD AND CALL THEM FIRST!!!! AL NOT ONLY ALL BUT PROMISED ME HE WOULD FIND THE SOURCE AND FIX IT, HE STOOD BY HIS WORD AND RELENTLESSLY APPROACHED THE PROBLEM FROM EVERY POSSABLE ANGLE AND WITHOUT ANY DOUBT IN HIS MIND SOLVED THE PROBLEM!!! “We did not use this company for installation but did buy 30 in total double pane replacement windows for our apartment building. The windows are of an excellent quality. Any problem that we had they took care of immediately. Farnsworth Lumber in Shirley Ma is where we ordered these windows from and what brand of windows they recommend.
