I had a wonderful experience at the Holyoke store. Everyone was very helpful but I want to give an extra shout out to Jailene. She was an absolute delight and made me feel comfortable right from the 'how can I help you'. She took time explaining the different options (it is amazing how much information they need to know about all of the brands) and then selected a few colors that we tried to find the perfect match. It was a success! Thank you Jailene, your passion and talent was very apparent and appreciated.

Elise H Is wonderful. She’s been doing my hair for a while now and she’s the best. I like to keep my hair short and funky and she’s not afraid to suggest new things to keep me looking updated and fresh.! Highly recommend her. Very talented.!
