I called Mr Rooter regarding a clogged pipe that was causing flooding in a downstairs bathroom. They came immediately cleared the clog and offered several approaches to keeping it from continuing to happen. They explained things clearly, were very efficient and considerate.
Had a great experience. They came fast and did the job that needed to be done. The gentleman was polite and straight forward. Told me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed and fixed it.
Service was same day and he was polite and thorough. Got my blocked drain unblocked with little mess. I would use them again if needed. The only issue I had was with the cost but everything is expensive now!
