“I reached out to Alpine Heat Pumps looking to add heat pumps & mini splits throughout our very old home to take advantage of the Mass Save rebate. A technician came over and thoroughly assessed the interior and exterior before letting us know that it wouldn't be feasible to have the heat pumps service our second and third floors. This was due to the exterior structure of the home and electrical limitations. I appreciated the knowledgeable and thorough explanation of why this couldn't be accomplished. They did, however, indicate that they would at least able to provide service to the first floor only and provided a quote for that.“

“This spring I was in the market to replace the aging heat pump in my condo unit. At the recommendation of neighbors, long- time residents of the area, I contacted Wilson Services. Unlike several other heating and plumbing company offices I had previously contacted, I actually had the opportunity to speak with the office manager, Carine, who scheduled an appointment for me with Stephen, to access the project and estimate costs. During the appointment at my condo, Stephen thoroughly explained the details involved with the installation and answered my questions and concerns. Within a short time, a contract was drawn-up and I received a call from the owner, Gary Wilson, to discuss a possible installation date. Before long, Gary arrived with his crew: Dimitri and Hunter, to begin the work which presented some real challenges as part of the installation was on the roof. “Having had a Plumber/Heating Company for near 20 yrs when they apparently went out of business suddenly we had to find someone when the fan died on our furnace. My husband looked online and saw great ratings for Modern Heating and A/C and we liked they were local so we called and heard back within 10 minutes!!When my husband explained the problem (which happened 3 years ago as well), it's only a 5 yr old system but not a common one and finding the part last time took a long time. This being a Friday, I was prepared for a cold weekend, but they came over right away and checked things out, called us within 2 hours and said they got the part and would be out the next morning, which was a Saturday no less and fix it!I was so impressed with their professionalism, how quickly they got back to us and coming out of a Saturday, some places could have really jacked up the rates, they didn't!Happy to say, we have a new go to Company now!“
