I am 100% disabled and stay in a wheelchair all day. I have insurance paid staff 15 hours a week and do not drive due to numerous disabilities. I had been taking my cat Odin to the Holyoke Animal hospital for about five years mainly for shots and more recently the past year and a half for repeated ear infections. An appointment was made for Odin for a Thursday, the one day of the week I do not have staff to take my cat to the hospital. I have been taking my animals here for 16 years. Dr. H has always been great but today I worked with Dr. Cain and she was amazing. I brought in all 4 of my animals and she gave each of them the time they needed. Not only that she was very understanding around my highly reactive dog and was patient to make sure she was as comfortable as she could be. Thank you Dr. Cain for your thorough exams and compassion to all my girls today!
