He arrived early the day scheduled and began to work right away with his partner joining him shortly thereafter. They bought and delivered all materials, laid down soil, leveled all areas by hand, seeded and fertilized, applied Peat Moss and then cleaned up. It was a very hot day but they worked continually and hard the entire day. When some extra top soil was left over, Edgardo worked persistently to have it removed from our driveway. He also filled in areas in the yard that needed some work that weren't even part of the estimate. Edgardo was professional, hard-working, efficient, friendly, honest and communicative. “The owner Rich was great. I originally called him out for a gutter cleaning estimate. But once I got the price for cleaning the 22-year-old gutter, which was reasonable due to the difficulty in reaching the gutter, I decided to apply that cost to a new gutter & downspout. I talked to a lot of companies. Gutter Monkeys was not the lowest and definitely nowhere near the highest but the most reasonable and part of a highly reviewed eastern Massachusetts franchise. The materials were first-class, and the number of hangers used was more than adequate. The workers were efficient and professional and left no materials behind.“

“Very good construction company.They did a good job on home with a very reasonable price & fast! Can't go wrong & I'd hire them again,only minor gripe might be that there was still some bits of debree around [they cleaned up most of it though!] & some cigarrette butts on the ground & the driveway was blocked for awhile with their truck & equipment,but they were cool about moving truck so we could get out,but hey-no major sweat & not worth chipping a star off review,Nothing's perfect.
