Worst healthcare company !! They lack in so many ways!! Very sneaky people that work in the Holyoke Ma office . Also manager is very rude and unprofessional not good for business.My uncle was treated poorly.
I was a patient with them. The service for WareMa was was wonderful then my aide got sick. The agency never once called me to let me know they did not have any aide I called 3 weeks later snd I was told someone was going to call me. Never received a call. I then proceeded to call another company. I called community health connections and requested to be discharged never received a call back. It wasn’t until today that things are going to be resolved
