I went to Joe at cheap thrills for a tattoo and I had the absolute best experience. It had been almost a decade since my last tattoo and I'm quite picky when it comes to artists. Joe provided an incredibly relaxed environment and masterful artistry. I'm blown away and my expectations were FAR exceeded. Definitely going to be back there soon as I'm healed up for another one! Great location. Great staff. Great tattoos!
