I had my heat pump installed by SumZero about 2 months ago. SumZero's experience is great! The sales person Raphael is nice and gave me a proposal for the project within my budget. Installation was very smooth too. I also toured their office in Holliston, MA. The whole team is very nice! Highly recommend !

The team at SumZero Energy was so helpful from start to finish. We knew our furnace and AC were on their last legs and got quotes from a number of local vendors. SumZero's prices were the most competitive and they also held our hands through the process of getting a MassSave loan to get a heat pump installed. On the day of installation, they worked fast and were finished in only 6-7 hours. They even took the trouble of going through our paint cans and finding matches for our walls to cover up any patching they had to do or to hide missing paint spots on the wall that were revealed when they put in new thermostats.
