We highly recommend Rodenhiser - Dakota came to assess last week, made recommendations on parts we needed and returned today with Shane to install- made it look quick and easy but my husband will attest that wasn’t the case!

It has been very challenging trying to find plumbers/HVAC…. Any service provider who can take appointments later than 3pm. Most of the world works from home now and has that flexibility but As a teacher, getting any amount of time off is impossible. Rodenhiser was so accommodating, I didn’t believe it and was so stressed that I wouldn’t be home when my technician got to my place but they wrote down the accommodations I needed (after 3:30 and a 40 minute ride from work)….. they called me to check in on my timing and then the technician texted when he was on his way. They really worked with me…. THANK YOU. Christopher Scaringello was Kind, explained everything, and never seemed rushed or irritated with the later appointment time. I will definitely use them again and I won’t be as stressed out next time!
