We had a burst underground water pipe in our driveway. It was detective work to figure it out. We are so glad to have worked with Rodenhiser Excavating. They provided an excellent customer experiene by way of good communication and professional expertise. What seemed like a huge project they were able to complete in one day. I had been a customer of rodenheiser plumbing for about twenty years. When it came time to install a six bedroom septic system in my home, I naturally chose to ask rodenheiser excavation to do the work for two reasons. One, I wanted a firm that understood the complexities of a six bedroom septic, and I was impressed with Bill rodenheiser's knowledge about the subject when he came to my house to examine the property and the site of the work. From the beginning to the end of our septic system replacement, the team from Rodenhiser Excavating did an outstanding job. The on site crew were skilled, professional and courteous. Their work was carefully done and they left our yard in great shape. The office staff was very responsive and knowledgeable; someone always picked up the phone when we called. I am very happy that we selected them to do our system and would recommend them to anyone.
