we have loved our heartwood kitchen cabinets for 10 years now. recently we had to take out a drawer to access the cooktop outlet and it was crooked when we replaced it. I texted Chris asking for tips and he came by and not only realigned the drawer but also taught me how to do it. After 10 years!! Now that is service!
