My wife and I decided to take some jiu-jitsu training so I looked up online the self-defense academy in Holliston and I contacted him so he said come and we will give you a free one night training session so we did go and we loved it. We decided to sign up for this ourselves and do some training. I’m gonna tell you you think you’re too old to learn no you’re not I am over 60 years old and I also normally go to the gym a few times a week. My wife is over 50 and she loves it. She also works out with me at the gym. When you meet the owner, who is the master instructor and his name is Jim he is super dynamite individual. He is also great encourager. Also all his instructors that do attend, his Academy are very down to earth and also very real. There are young teenagers that also go to the jiu-jitsu training session twice a week and these young people are also very down to earth and also very real.
I also suffer with severe PTSD from combat since joining this academy. It has been helping me tremendously. You can also see how Jim and also his instructors are very friendly caring they also tease you a little bit, but it’s all in fun . They really make you feel very relaxed when you walk into the dojo you feel peace from from it. My wife and I have only been going for a short time and we’re gonna continue to do this as as long as we can. Like I said you’re never too old to learn something new. Also, if you suffer with any form of stress, PTSD anxiety or whatever else is traveling you I highly recommend signing up. You will not regret it what I also like about Jim, including all the other instructors, they really make you feel a part of the group. They also encourage you. It’s easy to get frustrated when you are learning something new for the very first time they won’t let you give up they push you to the max. I have a lot of anger due to my PTSD and I’m on different medications so I can help manage all my anxiety and to keep my level down and stay away from my flashbacks. I can tell you right now since just in the short time that we have been there, I feel at peace with my PTSD. I encourage anyone who reads my post please check out this self-defense Academy. I think once you meet Jim and also the other instructors including the other students you’re gonna want to continue. If I could give this a 20 star rating, I would do it. It’s even better than going to the gym and believe me my wife and I love to work out together. I know you won’t regret learning this if you sign up and you’ll see what we experience. Check it out! it’s all well worth the training and also you will find one thing about Jim, which is very true. He is a man of great peace. I can see why he’s good at what he does because this man really does care about all his students, he wants people to learn jujutsu and he’s wanted to do whatever he can to help you learn it.

First. I love the Stretchmate I inherited from a gym maybe 20 years ago. I always thought SM was my favorite piece of gym equipment. So for a few years I used it in limited stretches. True I got bored with my fitness program and put up the SM on Craigslist. Here’s where this gets interesting. I got a call from the owner convincing me to keep it - In fact, inviting me out to the factory for some demos and private instructions. Yeah I kept it but didn’t use it for many years. Recently, some back trouble and I’m on it every day. In conjunction with some work with a trainer, I use the SM in creative ways to anchor my own range of motion and stretch routine. I now look the SM and realize if we ever move, it comes with us. I think back to the call with the owner and how much care and pride he put into the brand.
Amazing work. They coordinated all of the work with my irrigation company. Made sure not to destroy the new driveway. The team was amazing and the sod is great in the back yard and just signed up for weekly service!

I have been seeing Dr Krupa for chiropractic care since 2011 before he was the owner. I've seen my fair share of chiropractors been going since 2007. I'm a nurse and my body takes a hit. He is as good as it gets. I now drive 45min to him, he's that good. He's honest and doesn't try to rob you, and he actually listens. He tweaks his adjustments to what your body needs. I had moved away from area, and whenever I visited I would go back for an adjustment. Got into a bad car accident on way back to Mass. My neck was super tight. Went to a local guy. My neck barely even adjusted. I was hurting and in bad shape. Went to Krupa and my neck moved soooo much. My now husband also got adjusted and was amazed. He said his hips have never been adjusted that well and he felt amazing. Hence the 45min drive to him. Will never go anywhere else. Look no further.

This is a Massage LIKE NO OTHER! A true therapeutic deep massage. You can communicate easily if you like more or less pressure and they genuinely work through problem areas. They are all so passionate about this being therapeutic for you. I’ve been there multiple times over the last 6 months and each time I walk out feeling like a new born baby; relaxed, restored and no longer in discomfort. She pays attention to detail, educates herself and is always innovative when it comes to dentistry, cancer screening of the mouth, charting and measuring the depth of pockets. I was just blown away. They did a great job with the tree removal and pruning but what I really want to compliment them on is the crab apple tree in my front yard. My landscaper thought the tree was dead, but I said no it flowers every year, it isn't dead, even though is looked very scraggly with no many leaves. When the man came to evaluate the tree that I needed removed and the pruning I needed done. He looked at the leaves on the crab apple and said it has a fungus. The tree was fertilized in the fall and had 3 anti-fungal treatments in the spring. The tree flowered in the spring but remains vibrant and healthy looking, even has small apples on it. It is the best it has ever looked. I am so pleased that he knew what needed to be done and the man that did the treatments, obviously knew how to do them.Services: Tree removal

We had quite the urgent situation last night; our bathroom sink burst, spraying water everywhere! One quick call after hours to Nicholson and they were here within an hour and got right to work. I was worried it was a bad pipe and a busted faucet, but our technician was fair and honest with us, putting my worst fears at ease. The end result is beautiful! If you have an emergency plumbing problem, I definitely recommend Nicholson.
